Something not working, or a question about Seed? A person will answer.

It helps to say which iPhone and version of iOS you have, and what you expected to happen. Settings is in the ••• menu on the Progress tab, and the version of Seed is in Settings under Sync details and recovery.

Common questions

My changes are not showing on my other device

Both devices need to be signed in to the same account and online. In Settings, Sync details and recovery shows whether anything is waiting to be sent. Anything saved on a phone stays on it until it can be sent; nothing is lost by being offline.

I deleted something by mistake

Open Settings, then Trash. Everything you delete stays there for 30 days, and can be put back where it was.

How do I take my data with me?

In Settings, Export your data writes everything as JSON, or your projects and actions as Markdown to read anywhere.

How do I delete my account?

Delete your account is at the bottom of Settings. It removes your account and everything in it, including attached files, and cannot be undone.
